About the Author
Paul M. Muchinsky received his B.A. degree in psychology from Gettysburg College, his M.S. degree in psychology from Kansas State University, and his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University. He was a faculty member of Iowa State University for twenty years. In 1993 he was appointed the Joseph M. Bryan Distinguished Professor of Business at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In 2004 Dr. Muchinsky was the recipient of the inaugural Distinguished Teaching Award from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology for his outstanding educational contributions to the field. Throughout his career, Dr. Muchinsky has been very active in a wide range of professional activities within the field of industrial/organizational psychology. Many of the cases and examples of concepts presented in this book come directly from his professional experiences. When not engaged as an I/O psychologist, Dr. Muchinsky fantasizes about playing baseball for the New York Yankees.

I have read a ton of books on business and how to be successful. I was delighted to find that this was a very different kind of Leadership book. Instead of being spoon fed the steps I need to take to succeed, I was taken on a magical quest with Vince Steadfast towards teamwork, principals and values. "The Magic Cup" is a real life fairy tale that is not only fun to read, but will leave you with an understanding that following your morals and ethics can lead you on path towards success.

Whether you are a student, a salesman or a CEO, "The Magic Cup" is a must read. I am purchasing copies for my sales team and my children.

Great book for a young person learning business or an established veteran to refresh what actually helps a person be a great leader. Through a fun, engaging story it leaves the reader with life and business lessons that will lead to personal and professional growth. While it only took a day to read, it left and impression that will live much longer.

Just finished this book and it was really good. I love the characters and the story line the author did a good on both. It's funny how kristen has sex with one brother not knowing he is a twin and comes back the next night to give him a peace of her mind for walking out after sex and sleeps with the other twin thinking it was the guy from the night before and he did the same thing. I would recommend this book if you like hot sexy twins and a fiesty, sexy girl who handles them well. I received this ARC book free in exchange for an honest review.

This book is incredibly steamy!! Can you imagine thinking you had sex with this totally hot guy, then come back to tell him off and have sex again but with his twin unknowingly? Pretty Crazy! It gets crazier when they find out their parents have gotten married and they are step-siblings and Krissy must move in with Troy and Tyler.
Krissy is a senior in high school and wants to be a reporter. Then Krissy finds out she si pregnant and the twins are exposed for their illegal dealings. They send Krissy away for her safety, but they leave her and their baby alone for a year. Are they done with Krissy or will they find their happily ever after.
I found this story entertaining, hot as hell and enjoyed the read. Plus there is 20 more steamy as hell books in addition to this book. Definitely a steamy read

This was definitely an awesome book. I love the idea of twin brothers. That concept of be a girlfriend or a wife to two sexy twin brothers is mind blowing. And you will enjoy all the freebies at the end.

It involves explicit consideration of limit states, multiple load factors and resistance factors, and implicit probabilistic determination of relia� bility. The type of factoring used by LRFD differs from the allowable stress design of Chapters A through M of the 1989 Ninth Edition of the AISC Specifications for Allowable Stress Design, where only the resistance is divided by a factor of safety to obtain an allowable stress, and from the plastic design provisions of Chapter N, where the loads are multi� plied by a common load factor of 1.7 for gravity loads and 1.3 for gravity loads acting with wind or seismic loads. LRFD offers the structural engineer greater flexibility, rationality, and economy than the previous 1989 Ninth Edition of the AISC Specifications for Allowable Stress Design.

The Essential Steel Design and Reference

If you design steel members and connections this book is an absolute necessity. It contains the standard AISC member properties, as well as standard specifications for connections. Most importantly, Vol I includes the complete LRFD design specification(s) (1993) along with 500 pages of detailed notes carefully explaining each section of the LRFD design method. I found the notes and design examples very useful, thorough and easy to follow in actual practice. AISC of course provides the same extensive design charts that were used in ASD, as well as expanded appendices for design practice and commentary for this "new" method. The only drawback is the typical supplement of errata for this printing.
